Requirements
- Residential HVAC installation experience.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and pride in your work.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and ductwork.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
- Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-split systems, and related equipment.
- Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards.
- Mentor and develop apprentice installers.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and keep them informed throughout the installation process.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Work closely with the installation and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
