About The Position

Blue Ridge Heating & Air is seeking a seasoned Lead HVAC Installer for their team. This role involves leading complete residential HVAC change-outs, installing equipment, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience operating as a true Lead HVAC Installer.
EPA Certification is required.
Strong troubleshooting abilities.
Proficiency with hand/power tools.
Working knowledge of electrical/plumbing support systems.
Valid, insurable driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Lead complete residential change-outs (heat pumps, A/C units, and furnaces) from start to finish, ensuring everything is up to manufacturer and company standards.
Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, sheet metal, and flex duct systems.
Run and braze/solder copper refrigerant lines; wire line and low-voltage electrical components.
Pre-measure jobs to ensure the right materials are loaded onto your truck the first time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked company vehicle.
Mentor and help train junior installers/apprentices on your team.
Deliver an exceptional, respectful customer experience on every job site.
