Requirements

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (new construction preferred)
Experience in a lead role or readiness to step into leadership
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC installations for new construction homes
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality (IAQ) systems
Read and interpret blueprints, load calculations, and installation plans
Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
Train, coach, and mentor apprentices and junior installers in the field
Communicate clearly with homeowners, builders, and project stakeholders
Maintain accurate job documentation including materials used, progress updates, and completion notes
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times
Troubleshoot on-site challenges and deliver timely, effective solutions
