Requirements

5-7 years of residential HVAC installation experience
2-3 years of leadership experience
Valid driver's license
Personal HVAC tools
Ability to pass background and DMV/MVR screening
Ability to perform physical job duties

NATE certifications
EPA certifications

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise 1-3 HVAC installers and helpers
Install residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
Coordinate installation projects and timelines
Review blueprints, specifications, and work orders
Perform site assessments
Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
Train and mentor junior technicians
Conduct quality-control inspections
Collaborate with project managers and other departments
Maintain installation records and documentation
Communicate effectively with customers
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
