About The Position

Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team and provide support to the individuals we support as a Residential Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver in Grand Island, NE.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass all required background checks.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in the disability field is preferred for this position although not required- we provide training!
- CNA license
Responsibilities
- Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings to ensure they have a meaningful life.
- Support DSPs along with working side by side with them as they assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in their home and in community settings.
- Assist with scheduling and other various lead duties.
