Developmental Services Center (DSC) provides comprehensive services across the lifespan-from birth through adulthood-including family development, case management, employment, residential, respite, and community day services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Champaign and Ford Counties. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 21 years of age with valid driver’s license and the ability to drive an agency van.
- Must successfully complete required trainings.
- Must have sufficient physical stamina and mobility to push, pull, and lift.
Responsibilities
- Support people we serve in a residential setting.
- Responsible for the daily operation of the CILA home.
- Provide a safe and therapeutic home environment.
- Provide guidance, support and training for the direct service staff of the home.
- Work alongside individuals to promote their personal growth and maximize independence.
