Requirements

Valid Minnesota Journeyman Plumber or Master Plumber license preferred (advanced apprentices tracking completion will be considered).
Thorough mastery of standard residential plumbing techniques and code updates.
Clean driving history and valid Driver License.
Strong team attitude, professional demeanor, and a customer facing personality.
Active Minneapolis/St. Paul Competency Cards are preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete residential service dispatches to install, maintain, and overhaul water supply systems, drain lines, vent infrastructure, and residential fixtures.
Evaluate residential systems thoroughly to educate clients, providing tailored recommendations and transparent solutions.
Deliver professional, reliable client communication regarding project scopes, costs, and timelines.
Deliver on site field guidance and technical instruction to apprentice level plumbers.
Execute all plumbing work in absolute alignment with the Minnesota State Plumbing Code, local ordinances, and OSHA standards.
Manage workflow deadlines efficiently, maintaining flexibility for emergency dispatches or overtime as required by the local community.
