About The Position

The Residential Install Supervisor oversees the daily operations and overall performance of the Residential installation crews. This role manages a team of employees, ensuring high levels of quality and customer focus. The Residential Install Supervisor is responsible for helping achieve departmental goals, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving operational goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of business goals and standards.
