Requirements
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability on residential HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of inverter technology, high-efficiency equipment, and indoor air quality solutions.
- Ability to identify root causes—not simply replace parts.
- Ability to interpret diagnostic findings and communicate them clearly to homeowners.
- Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated professional who enjoys solving challenging problems.
- Valid Texas Driver License.
- EPA Certification.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems.
- Identify root causes of HVAC issues, not just replace parts.
- Interpret diagnostic findings and communicate them clearly to homeowners.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Provide honest recommendations to homeowners.
- Contribute to a team environment and support colleagues.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on HVAC technology.
