About The Position

We’re hiring a motivated HVAC Installer to join our team installing boilers, furnaces, and air conditioning systems in residential homes. This role is ideal for someone who prefers to focus on installation rather than sales, is driven, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow. While the ability to lead an install job from day one is expected, extensive experience (10+ years) is not required; we are looking for a smart, hands-on individual ready to take ownership. The position involves installing boilers, furnaces, tankless and AC systems in residential settings, assisting with system layout, setup, and start-up, troubleshooting installation challenges, and ensuring all work meets code, safety, and quality standards. The role also requires maintaining clean job sites, communicating professionally with customers and team members, and continuously developing technical skills.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in HVAC installation work
• Self-starter with a take-charge attitude
• Problem-solver who can think on their feet
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
• Boiler install experience
• Cooling/heat pumps install experience (preferred)
• Ability to Commute: Quincy, MA 02169 (Required)
• Work Location: In person

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of experience in trades (Preferred)
• 3 years of experience in heating or cooling installation (Preferred)
