Neil Slattery Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time Experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Farmingdale, NJ. We are a growing, second-generation business founded in 1993, initially as a plumbing company and later expanding to offer HVAC services. Requirements

2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
3+ years of driving experience
Ability to take responsibility for decisions and work well under pressure
Skill in prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively
Passion for quality control and thoroughness in every installation
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform residential HVAC installations, service, and some sales throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
Ensure each system is installed with care and quality, representing the company with professionalism and a great attitude in customers' homes.
Take responsibility and solve real challenges on the job, making sure every project exceeds expectations.
Communicate clearly, work cleanly and efficiently.
