Requirements

3+ years of experience preferred
CFC/EPA certification of Type II or Universal
Have a valid driver's license and record in good standing
Ability to operate power tools safely
Excellent customer service skills/ability to interact with the public
High level of motivation and great work ethic
Must be able to pass a drug screen/criminal background check

Responsibilities

Performs all repairs and maintenance of all heating/cooling and ventilating components common to residential operations
Maintains record keeping requirements and written reports as part of a daily routine
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve repairs
Experience in the repair, replacement and adjustment of residential operating systems
Performs preventative maintenance and inspections on residential HVAC equipment and systems
