About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with residential customers to install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, with a focus on delivering great service and technical excellence. This position is ideal for someone with solid hands-on experience who enjoys solving problems and working in the field.

Requirements

3+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read basic system diagrams and follow equipment manuals.
Comfortable using technology (smartphone/tablet) for job logging.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call occasionally.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC systems including heat pumps, air conditioners, boilers, and furnaces.
Diagnose issues with equipment and provide clear, accurate solutions.
Visit job sites to inspect systems and ensure proper functioning.
Understand basic sizing and system layout checks for residential HVAC installs.
Provide friendly and professional customer service during all appointments.
Accurately document work using a tablet or smartphone for job tracking.
Maintain tools, supplies, and company equipment in good condition.
Collaborate with the team and office dispatch to keep schedules on track.
