Requirements

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on residential heating and cooling systems
EPA Certification required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments

Nice To Haves

NATE Certification preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and indoor air quality equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly and professionally with homeowners
Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and replacement solutions when appropriate
Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders using company technology
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
