Requirements
- 2–3+ years of HVAC service experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- A professional attitude and pride in your work
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Deliver top‑tier customer service
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients
- Attend ongoing training to stay sharp
- Follow all safety procedures
- Lift and handle up to 50 lbs
