Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow professionally
- Comfortable using mobile technology and service software
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
- Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment upgrades
- Explaining repair options and recommendations clearly to homeowners
- Delivering outstanding customer service with professionalism and integrity
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
- Assisting and mentoring junior technicians when needed
- Ensuring all work complies with safety standards, local codes, and company procedures
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule
- Working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions as needed
