About The Position
Horn Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Technician in Exton, PA. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work accurately. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of HVAC Experience
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Technical knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Customer focused
- Problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- EPA – Universal Certification preferred
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
Responsibilities
- Service all equipment according to an established service schedule, company standards, and within acceptable time frames; troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site.
- Perform occasional residential HVAC installations and system replacements as needed.
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
- Document all work completed legibly and accurately according to company policy and submit daily.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the field to ensure excellent service and enhance the company’s image.
- Follow all safety procedures, including safe driving practices and no mobile device usage while operating vehicles.
- Apply product knowledge and pursue additional training/education as appropriate.
