Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC maintenance and system performance tune-ups
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Troubleshoot airflow, electrical, refrigerant, and performance issues
- Educate homeowners on system condition and performance
- Present repair vs. replacement options professionally
- Perform system testing and verification
- Maintain accurate job documentation
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience
