About The Position
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician for their Big Flats, NY location servicing the Twin Tiers region. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner. For over 75 years, Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Upstate and Central New York. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record required
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Technical knowledge

Nice To Haves
- EPA – Universal Certification preferred
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
- 3-5+ years of HVAC Experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
- Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
- Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
- Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
- Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.
