About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Tech to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems. The role includes full training, professional tools, and support from a strong leadership network. This is a full-time, year-round position with weekend availability required. Pay is performance-based, with a stated range of $80,000–$120,000 and earning potential over $100,000 per year based on performance; actual pay and additional compensation are not guaranteed and will be outlined in an offer letter addendum.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification or the ability to obtain it.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces and lift heavy equipment.
