About The Position
Rosenberg Indoor Comfort in San Antonio, TX is looking to hire a full-time Residential HVAC & Plumbing Dispatcher to dispatch our technicians to heating and cooling jobs. This position is crucial to the success of our company. Each day, you will arrive at work ready to provide excellent customer service to our clients. You will promptly answer their calls and thoroughly discuss any issues they are experiencing. Always organized and efficient, you will schedule the appropriate services and dispatch our technicians based on their availability and skill level. As a team player, you will keep the lines of communication flowing between our customers and service team. Our techs can always count on you to get them where they need to go on time. If there are delays, you will keep the client updated. Additionally, you will contact our customers when necessary and make sure they are completely satisfied with their services. You will get great satisfaction in knowing you keep our heating and cooling company running smoothly, and you love helping our clients get the help they need fast!
