About The Position

Hunt’s Services is seeking a talented, customer-focused Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to join their growing team in the Puget Sound area. The company is known for its quality, integrity, and unmatched customer experience. This role involves performing in-home HVAC service calls, building customer relationships, diagnosing issues, and recommending solutions. Technicians are expected to maintain a clean work truck and job site, participate in training, and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 1+ years Residential HVAC service/maintenance experience – including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
• Demonstrated understanding of HVAC codes and how to apply them in real-world scenarios
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability with math and measurements
• Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching

Nice To Haves

• HVAC Diploma/Certification(s) from recognized trade/technical college
• 1+ year’s experience using dispatch and job management systems (ServiceTitan strongly preferred)

Responsibilities
