About The Position

B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a reliable Residential HVAC Installer for their Reading, PA location. In this role, you will install equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshooting and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment. For nearly three decades. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of experience
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Technical knowledge

Problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred

Responsibilities

Perform installation of heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and refrigerant piping
Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with code requirements and company standards.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns.
