About The Position
Oversee daily operations of a mental health residential home. Ensure quality care & compliance (Rule 115, Medicaid documentation). Supervise staff performance & documentation. Support clients with meals, activities, finances, and community outings. Maintain logs (attendance, meds, safety) and report issues. Assist with client intake, discharge planning, and benefits coordination. Respond to crises and complete incident reports. Support staff scheduling and house coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a social services field
- 1–3 years of residential experience (CLS, DSP, RSA/CILA)
- Age 21+
- Valid driver’s license + ability to drive a 15-passenger van
- Reliable phone access during work hours
