We are seeking a motivated and reliable Residential Electrician Helper to work alongside our experienced electricians in delivering high-quality electrical services to our residential clients. As a Residential Electrician Helper, you will assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while learning and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field. Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and work in the field of electrical services.
  • Familiarity with power tools and hand tools.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to take direction from experienced electricians.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A strong commitment to safety and a safety-conscious mindset.
  • A clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 80 pounds.
  • Must be able to climb and work on ladders up to 28 feet in height.
  • Must be able to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and roofs.
  • Must have the ability to use hands and arms to handle tools and perform repetitive tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • A valid driver's license is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential properties.
  • Assist with wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, and other electrical components.
  • Support the electrician in troubleshooting and problem-solving electrical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and industry regulations.
  • Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
  • Learn and apply industry best practices and techniques.
