The Opportunity As a Residential Electrical Helper, you'll work alongside experienced electricians to assist with residential electrical service, installation, maintenance, and repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable technical skills, and build a long-term career in the electrical trade. Requirements
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in the electrical trade.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and work in a physically active environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Previous construction, electrical, or trade experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with residential electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Gather tools, materials, and equipment needed for each job.
- Help troubleshoot electrical systems and identify potential issues.
- Learn proper installation techniques while following company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Accurately document completed work using company technology.
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service in every home.
- Follow all company safety procedures and applicable electrical codes.
- Participate in ongoing technical training and career development.
