About The Position

We are actively hiring Electrical Helpers for our team in the Louisville, KY area and are looking for dependable individuals who are ready to start quickly. This is a great opportunity to learn the electrical trade, gain hands-on field experience, and grow your career in the electrical industry. You’ll work alongside experienced electricians while helping complete residential electrical installations and supporting the field crew.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Electrical experience and knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical layouts

Responsibilities

• Assist in house rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire
• Install trim components such as plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches
• Carry materials and tools to support the leadman and crew
• Clean and maintain the work area and equipment
• Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman and team members
• Communicate progress, issues and solutions to management when needed
• Follow company safety policies and promptly report hazards
• Take direction effectively and contribute to a productive team environment
• Other duties as assigned
