Requirements

• Experience as a Residential Service Plumber and/or Drain Cleaning Technician
• Experience operating drain cleaning equipment and drain machines
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

• Relevant licenses and certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving residential drain and sewer issues
• Cleaning and clearing clogged drains, sinks, toilets, and sewer lines
• Performing inspections and identifying root causes of backups
• Educating homeowners on repair and maintenance options
• Providing exceptional customer service and professional recommendations
• Maintaining a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment
