About The Position

Residential Doorperson Job Overview A Manhattan based luxury real estate company has an opening for an experienced Doorperson within its Brookly luxury rental building portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Doorperson in a residential building or in a related security position and will possess strong communication and customer service skills. Requirements

• Three (3) years of more of Doorperson or Security experience (residential building experience is preferred).
• Ability to speak and write clearly.
• Capability to pay close attention to detail.
• Must have flexible work availability.
• Must be available to work overtime as needed.
• Some Porter work may be required.
• Some heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) may be required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have experience using a computer on the job.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents.
