This position provides direct care coverage and support for individuals served, responding to individual issues during assigned shifts. The role involves working with individuals to promote growth in their quality of life areas, assisting them in working on areas identified in their Individual Support Plans, and supporting them in various aspects of daily living, problem-solving, and community engagement. The Direct Care staff also assists in the development and implementation of behavior support plans, knows emergency procedures, completes necessary documentation, and transports individuals to appointments and community activities. Maintaining Triangle property and attending meetings and training are also key responsibilities.
