This position provides direct care coverage and support for individuals served, responding to individual issues during assigned shifts. The role involves working with individuals to promote growth in their quality of life areas, assisting them in working on identified areas in their Individual Support Plans, and supporting them in various life skills and activities. The position also requires assisting in the development and implementation of behavior support plans, knowing emergency procedures, completing necessary documentation, and potentially dispensing medications. Additionally, the role involves transporting individuals to appointments and community events, maintaining property, and attending meetings and training.
