This position provides direct care coverage and support for individuals served, responding to individual issues during assigned shifts. The role involves working with individuals to promote growth in various quality of life areas, assisting them in working on their Individual Support Plans, and supporting them in areas such as problem-solving, personal care, medical care, socialization, household management, and asserting their rights. The position also assists in the development and implementation of behavior support plans, ensures knowledge of emergency procedures, completes necessary documentation, and may dispense medications if certified. Additionally, the role involves transporting individuals to appointments and community events, maintaining Triangle property, and attending meetings and training.
