This is a part-time position providing direct care coverage and support for individuals served, responding to their needs during assigned shifts. The role involves working with individuals to promote growth in various quality of life areas, assisting them with their Individual Support Plans, and supporting them in areas such as problem-solving, personal care, medical care, socialization, household management, and asserting their rights. The position also includes assisting in the development and implementation of behavior support plans, knowing emergency procedures, completing necessary documentation, and potentially dispensing medications if certified. Additionally, the role involves transporting individuals to appointments and community events, maintaining Triangle property, and attending meetings and training. The position requires adherence to Triangle policies and acting as a role model.
