This is a full-time position providing direct care and support to individuals served by Triangle. The role involves promoting growth in various quality of life areas, assisting individuals with their Individual Support Plans, and supporting them in areas such as personal care, socialization, household management, and asserting their rights. The position also includes assisting with behavior support plans, completing documentation, dispensing medications if certified, transporting individuals, maintaining property, and attending meetings and training. The role requires adherence to Triangle's policies and procedures and acting as a role model.
