This role is based within a dynamic team environment where the specialist will provide support to a national customer base by offering innovative solutions to a variety of direct calls, utilizing intelligent support applications and skills gained from an intuitive training and development program.

Requirements

  • Call center experience (preferred, but not essential if amazing customer service skills can be demonstrated).
  • Technology savvy – ability to navigate computer-based applications.
  • Accurate typing speed of 35-words per minute.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Soft skills competency – Friendly and competent communication style that relays troubleshooting solutions that consistently wins customer loyalty.
  • Independent thinking and multitasking ability.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and comprehensive background screen.

  • Demonstrate amazing customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process calls relating to security products, alarm monitoring services, home automation, associated billing, account inquiries and retention scenarios.
  • Provide tier one level technical support, engage and partner with technical support specialists to resolve advanced issues or schedule technician home visits.
  • Build excellent client relationships by placing proactive calls to ensure installations and service calls are satisfactory and meet expectations.
  • Present, promote and upsell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
