About The Position

This isn’t a typical call center seat. We’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist — someone who brings warmth, expertise, and professionalism to each interaction. We Care deeply about food quality and where food comes from, and we hope you do too. Based at our Scranton, PA fulfillment center, you’ll be the primary point of contact for Crowd Cow’s direct customers and our 3PL clients, delivering personalized, high-touch service that turns first-time buyers into lifelong fans. You’ll also play an active role in growing our seasonal gifting business — helping guide customers and corporate buyers through curated selections for every occasion. This role blends exceptional customer service, consultative sales, and love of a great steak.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service across email, SMS, and social channels.
Go the extra mile for both direct customers and 3PL partners, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the Crowd Cow standard.
Harness AI-enabled customer listening tools to spot trends, anticipate needs, and continuously elevate the customer experience.
Step in with calm and care to resolve complex issues, maintain trust, and turn difficult moments into opportunities to build loyalty.
Help grow the seasonal gifting program by guiding customers and corporate clients through the corporate gifting and gift card sales program, helping with product selections tailored to needs and budgets.
Analyze data, identify friction points, and propose solutions that make the team sharper and the customer experience smoother.
Work across departments to deepen product knowledge and pitch in on inventory receiving, quality assurance, and administrative tasks as needed.
