About The Position

The Residential Counselor provides direct and indirect services to individuals and groups receiving care. The position is based at Tranquil Springs CRT, a 15-bed crisis residential treatment program providing comprehensive mental health and psychiatric treatment to adults with serious mental illness in a safe, welcoming, structured inpatient environment. The multidisciplinary team includes clinicians, nursing, and residential care staff. The program supports clients on their recovery journeys.

Requirements

High school graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent.
At least one year of direct service experience in a mental health setting.
Valid and current driver's license.
Personal vehicle insurance listing the applicant as a driver.
Willingness to use the company vehicle to transport clients to appointments and groups.

Use a company vehicle to drive clients to appointments, groups, and other activities, as needed.
