About The Position

The Residential Counselor provides direct and indirect services to individuals and groups of members served. The role is based at Tranquil Springs CRT, a 15-bed crisis residential treatment program providing comprehensive mental health and psychiatric treatment to adults with serious mental illness in a safe, welcoming, structured inpatient environment. The multidisciplinary team includes clinicians, nursing, and residential care staff.

Shifts vary: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, or 11:00 PM–7:30 AM. The expected starting wage is $23 per hour. Pay is adjusted for geographic differentials and starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Requirements

• High school graduation or a GED equivalent.
• At least one year of direct service experience in a mental health setting.
• Valid and current driver's license.
• Personal vehicle insurance with the employee's name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments, groups, and other activities.
