About The Position

Champion Construction Services (CCS) is assembling crews in the Orlando region to set new manufactured homes and prepare them for occupancy. This role requires experienced equipment operators for site preparation, including proficiency with bobcats, skid steers, and mini excavators. The position also values construction skills such as trim, siding, roofing, drywall finishing, landscaping, and rough carpentry.

Requirements

Experience as an equipment operator.
Proficiency with bobcats, skid steers, and mini excavators.
Construction skills such as trim, siding, roofing, drywall finishing, landscaping, or rough carpentry.
Ability to work safely and ensure a job is done well.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well as a team.
Documented experience and skill set for wage determination.

Nice To Haves

Driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Set new manufactured homes.
Prepare homes for owner move-in.
