About The Position
Operation of various heavy equipment and company vehicles that require CDL Class A license as needed to complete projects on a construction site.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with peers.
- Able to operate various heavy equipment efficiently and safely
- Ability to perform tasks as given from supervisors as well as work as part of a team
- Adaptable to changing conditions
- Must have and retain a CDL class A license
Responsibilities
- Promote safe work practices and an excellent safety culture
- Responsible for safe and efficient operation of all equipment
- Complete daily inspections and maintenance checklist
- Participates in pre-shift safety huddles
- Responsible for reporting incidents and accidents to supervisor or management
- Maintain an open line of communication with team members to promote team productivity
- Responsible to report to onsite supervisor or superintendent of any potential safety hazards
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
