Residential Construction Foreman
About The Position
Pinemar is seeking a Residential Construction Foreman to join their team. This role involves supporting daily field operations for custom homes and major residential renovations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining jobsite safety and organization, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of residential construction experience, experience leading crews, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements
- At least 3 years of residential construction experience
- Experience leading crews or coordinating subcontractors
- Knowledge of residential construction sequencing and jobsite operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship and jobsite safety
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between project sites as needed
Responsibilities
- Support daily field operations from project startup through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners to maintain project schedules
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
- Monitor project progress and help identify potential issues before they become delays
- Review work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications
- Coordinate material deliveries and maintain site readiness
- Assist with daily reports, project documentation, and progress photos
- Help manage punch lists and project closeout activities
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, trade partners, and the project team
