About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and work alongside field crews on residential, multifamily, renovation, new home, and light commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, mentoring crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Foreman, Working Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Carpenter Foreman, or similar field leadership role.
  • Strong background in residential construction, multifamily renovations, remodeling, additions, new home construction, or light commercial projects.
  • Hands-on carpentry and general construction experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Proven experience leading field crews and coordinating daily jobsite activities.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and meeting project deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites within the Lancaster region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and work alongside field crews on active residential, multifamily, renovation, addition, new home, and light commercial projects.
  • Oversee daily jobsite operations to keep work progressing safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documents.
  • Perform and supervise carpentry and general construction work while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members to support project success.
  • Monitor jobsite safety, organization, and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with project starts, inspections, punch lists, and final project completion.
  • Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize delays.
  • Maintain clear communication regarding project progress, scheduling, and jobsite needs.
  • Travel to project sites throughout the Lancaster, PA area.
