About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, manage teams of skilled workers, ensure safety compliance, and uphold quality standards. Requirements

• Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management with a strong background in supervising teams on active sites.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera P3/P6, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA safety standards and federal safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and schematics accurately.
• Demonstrated skill in project scheduling, construction estimating, budgeting, and managing project timelines effectively.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills for managing crews and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with managing contracts, change orders, quality control procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes.
• Hands-on experience with construction site activities such as blueprint reading, safety inspections, site logistics planning, and supervising subcontractors.
• Relevant certifications including OSHA safety training certification; additional certifications like Management or Construction Safety Management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.
• Coordinate construction schedules using advanced project management software such as Primavera P6 and Construction scheduling tools to meet deadlines.
• Review blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans to interpret project requirements accurately.
• Enforce federal and state safety regulations, including OSHA standards, maintaining a safe work environment for all personnel.
• Monitor quality control processes to ensure construction work adheres to industry standards, specifications, and client expectations.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, budgets, and progress reports with transparency and precision.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee site logistics related to pipeline installation or other specialized systems using heavy equipment like Ohmmeters for testing electrical circuits when necessary.
