About The Position

A Residential Concierge is the friendly person who sits at the front desk of a luxury apartment building and helps residents with anything they need. They greet people, accept packages, help arrange reservations, answer questions, watch who comes into the building, and make sure residents feel welcome, safe, and cared for. Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of hospitality, concierge, customer service, hotel, residential, or service industry experience
Experience interacting with customers, residents, guests, or clients
Computer proficiency including Outlook, Microsoft Word, and web browsers
Strong communication and customer service skills
1+ years of hospitality or service industry experience
Strong customer service mindset
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience handling resident or guest requests
Basic computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain logs, records, and incident reports
Ability to monitor building access and security systems
