Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Can always stay alert
- Ability to work in high pedestrian traffic environments
- Front Desk Concierge & Customer Service Skills required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2+ Year Security experience required
- Active NY Security License required
- Drivers License for a minimum of 3 years & Clean Motor Vehicle Record required
Responsibilities
- Secures premises and personnel by monitoring surveillance equipment and access points.
- Investigates & reports security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
- Keeps accurate log of guests and vendors on site
- Provides the highest level of customer service to all residents, visitors, and personnel.
- Drives at the required speeds permitted to allow close observation and safety of residences, facilities, and parking lots
- Maintains the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
