About The Position

We are not looking for an average sales manager. We are looking for a phenomenal leader who can build people, drive revenue, create accountability, and lead with both strength and integrity. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who can coach a team, protect margins, improve close rates and help a strong roofing company scale with excellence. Position Overview The Commercial & Residential Sales Manager will lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team across North Florida. This person will be responsible for sales strategy, team development, pipeline management, forecasting, KPI accountability, and strengthening the systems that drive disciplined, profitable growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales leadership or sales management with measurable revenue responsibility.
  • Strong record of improving sales performance, accountability, and team results.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within North Florida as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in roofing, construction, exterior trades, restoration, or home services strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading both commercial and residential sales preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial and residential sales team with clarity, energy, and accountability.
  • Run sales meetings, one-to-ones, pipeline reviews, and weekly coaching.
  • Improve close rates, average job size, gross profit, and follow-up discipline.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top-performing sales talent.
  • Build accountability around leads, proposals, conversion, and margin.
  • Partner with operations to ensure a smooth handoff and customer experience.
  • Use CRM data to drive visibility, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Support the team in winning higher-value opportunities and key accounts.
  • Help grow strategic partnerships with owners, GCs, HOAs, and property managers.
  • Address underperformance directly and constructively.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and future growth across North Florida.
  • Represent leadership with maturity, professionalism, and good judgment.
