Requirements

• Four-year college degree, with a concentration in Nursing (BSN) and must be willing to pursue MSN within one year of becoming hired faculty.
• Eager to encourage young nursing students and serve as a role model for Christian Nursing ministry.
• Must be actively involved in a local evangelical church.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Recent clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create patient assignments for nursing students.
• Work with unit nurses to ensure patient safety as well as pleasant nursing work relationships.
• Grade clinical papers.
