The BSN Faculty member is a 9-month appointment, and is eligible for renewal based on performance and departmental need. The BSN Faculty member is responsible for the development, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the RN-to-BSN curriculum. The faculty member provides leadership in course design, curriculum mapping, program assessment, and innovative educational practices that prepare graduates for professional nursing practice. In addition to responsibilities within the RN-to-BSN program, there may be opportunities for teaching in the summer term and as program needs arise, supporting the nursing program’s commitment to high-quality, student-centered nursing education across programs. This position collaborates with faculty colleagues, laboratory coordinators, simulation coordinators, clinical coordinators, healthcare partners, and university stakeholders to ensure intentional alignment of didactic content with skills laboratory instruction, simulation experiences, practicum experiences, and clinical practice environments. The faculty member contributes to curriculum innovation, accreditation activities, and continuous quality improvement efforts that support program excellence. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
