About The Position

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Residential Central Intake Coordinator to join our Residential Services Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of all intakes as well as the outreach efforts of the Residential Services Intake Department for both Licensed and Non-Licensed Housing. You will also be responsible for the verification and confirmation of benefits and entitlement for new admissions, as well as provide guidance and expertise in benefit challenges with existing tenants. You will provide back-up for individual staff in completing intakes as needed and supervise the intake process to ensure compliance, efficiency, and customer service. Additionally, you will monitor the occupancy of all residential programs (Licensed, Non-Licensed and Affordable Housing).

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Human Services
  • 3 years’ experience working with individuals in recovery from mental illness
  • Clean, valid NY State Driver’s License
  • Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from the Justice Center and NYS Office of Mental Health

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with SPA and HRA (CAPS)
