About The Position

Pinemar is hiring a Residential Carpenter to help build custom homes and complete large-scale residential renovations throughout the Main Line and Greater Philadelphia area. The carpenter will work alongside experienced project leaders and skilled trades on architect-designed homes and distinctive renovation projects where craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail matter.

The role includes rough and finish carpentry, installing framing and finish elements, interpreting construction drawings and project specifications, maintaining safe and organized jobsites, and addressing field challenges. The carpenter will collaborate with superintendents, project managers, and trade partners while delivering quality work and helping projects stay on schedule. Requirements

• At least 2 years of residential carpentry experience.
• Experience with rough and finish carpentry.
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliability and ability to work independently when needed.
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
